CANADIAN Customers
STANDARD average 2-10 business days via Canada Post. Packages may, or may not, include tracking, depending on the size and value of your order.
AMERICAN Customers
STANDARD average 5-10 business days
***Shipped via the USPS. Once shipped, it will take 2-3 days for your package to be received in the US and tracking info to be active.
INTERNATIONAL Customers
STANDARD average 10-20 business days
***Shipped via Canada Post or ChitsChats. Packages may, or may not, include tracking, depending on the size and value of your order. Your package will pass through your countries customs department. Delays and taxes/duties possible.
Return policy
As stated in my polices, I accept returns :) I understand shopping online is different than in-person shopping, where you can touch and feel the product you are about to purchase.
Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any returned orders over $35.
